  • Communicate with Surveyor, Builder, Storm Water Designer and Architect
  • Presenting Final Report
2nd Stage: Subdivision Process

Project Management - Coordinate, and supervise the following tasks

  • Application for subdivision approval of the Property
  • Green Title or Survey Strata Application
  • Satisfaction the conditions of subdivision
  • Appoint builders, engineers, surveyors, solicitors and other professional advisers: Survey and Mapping Road Construction Footpaths and Footways; Consultant Engineers’, Drainage, Sewers, Earthworks, and OPS (if Applicable) Headwork’s and Reticulation Water Supply Lot Beautification and Landscaping Underground electrical distribution Gas supplies
  • Supervision development and construction process and all other associated works
  • Arranging Home & Land Package (if Requested)
  • Appointing Real Estate Agent in connection with the sale of the Developed Lots
  • Consultations with Authorities
  • Issuing the Certificate of Titles.
