- Application for subdivision approval of the Property
- Green Title or Survey Strata Application
- Satisfaction the conditions of subdivision
- Appoint builders, engineers, surveyors, solicitors and other professional advisers: Survey and Mapping Road Construction Footpaths and Footways; Consultant Engineers’, Drainage, Sewers, Earthworks, and OPS (if Applicable) Headwork’s and Reticulation Water Supply Lot Beautification and Landscaping Underground electrical distribution Gas supplies
- Supervision development and construction process and all other associated works
- Arranging Home & Land Package (if Requested)
- Appointing Real Estate Agent in connection with the sale of the Developed Lots
- Consultations with Authorities
- Issuing the Certificate of Titles.
